Stephanie's Healthy Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Roll dough gently to 3/4-inch thick. Using a 2-inch biscuit cutter, gently push straight down while making rounds.
Bake 450 degrees for about 12 minutes.
